The conference venue is the PEGE (Pôle Européen de Gestion et d’Economie), located at the intersection of Blvds Leblois and Forêt Noire (also home to Strasbourg Ecole de Management).

The conference will take place in the basement of the building and on the ground floor. Registration will be at the desk on the right at the bottom of the stairs after the entrance. Conference organizers will always be at this desk to answer your questions. The desk opens at 8:30 and closes at 18:00 on Thursday and Friday.

When you register you will also receive tickets for lunches, for the boat tour, and the gala dinner. You must have these tickets with you for these social events.

The Lecture Hall, as well as the reception desk, are located in the basement, while the session rooms are located on the ground floor. The program indicates the room number, the topic of the session and, if relevant, the name of the organizer.

Speakers should come with a USB key with their presentation saved as a ppt or pdf file.

Thirty minutes are devoted to each paper with twenty minutes for presentation and ten minutes for discussion. 

The Pôle Européen de Gestion et d'Economie (PEGE) is about 200m from the  'Observatoire' tram station. Walk a few steps along the tram line, take the second left onto Blvd Leblois and go straight ahead until you see a large red brick building (PEGE) on the right. You can buy a tram ticket from a machine at each station (credit cards are OK). Beware that, to be valid, tickets must be swiped (at the smaller machine) before boarding the tram!

HOW TO GET TO THE CONFERENCE?

• From the train station: outside the train station (on the left), take TRAM line C which goes to Neuhof/Rodolphe Reuss and get off at  the 'Observatoire' station
• From the center of town: you can take a TRAM going to Neuhof/Rodolphe Reuss (line C) or Place d'Islande (line F) or Baggersee (line E) and get off at the 'Observatoire' station, just after ‘University’.  See the Tram map.
• From the airport: You can take the train to Strasbourg station (the airport station is a 5 mn walk from the airport. You can buy a ticket at the station (approx. 3 euros, cash is needed as some credit cards are not accepted). There are four trains per hour and the journey lasts 9mn.  See Shuttle Train Information.
